EC-PC. Online/Offline Video based Installation.
Wandering around London I began wondering about the
visual signs of cultural and economic well being that I was told my city was
currently exhibiting.
I was determined to create my own set of visual tests which epitomised this
trend. The resulting data/works are to be shown on ambient screens throughout
the city, to view and download the full proposal click here......
