Peer Plaques features a selection of quotes from Burnley residents in response to the question, 

"What is your first thought when you think about your neighbourhood?".

The work aims to give residents a voice outside the Council’s consultation process, a chance to directly express their thoughts, as part of a temporary public art work located within their community.
