Touchstone: Permanent Interactive Installation.
Dorset Hospital Trust commissioned Kevin Carter (art productionist), Andrew Whittle
(stone carver) and Paul Hyland (writer) to create 'Touchstone' as part of the
Wall of Words (WOW) commission.
The work allows audiences to trigger texts by placing their hand on carved stones. Texts are then displayed on LEDS screens. The work is permanently installed at Dorset County Hospital.
